The apartment, located in a quiet residence, offers 35 sqm of air-conditioned living space designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a double bed in the bedroom, a single sofa bed in the living area (the green armchair, which converts into a comfortable single bed), as well as a bunk bed: the lower bunk and the upper bunk, the latter recommended for children aged 6 years and over.

The bright living room is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or attending conferences. It features a sofa, a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and opens onto a pleasant balcony, ideal for enjoying Cannes evenings.

The open and functional kitchen is fully equipped for a practical and comfortable stay, including a refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine.

The bedroom offers comfortable sleeping arrangements, while the bathroom includes a shower and toilet. An iron, ironing board, and hairdryer are also provided for added convenience.
