The place is exactly as in the photos. Everything is modern inside a historic building. Lots of restaurants and bars are close by, as well as shopping streets. If you're attending an event at the Palais, you can't go wrong with this apartment.

Highly recommend!! This is our second year staying at this unit with Immogroom. The unit is exactly as described, clean, and practical. The bed is very comfortable! The location could not be better - walking distance to all the best restaurants, beach clubs, and shopping. The host is very responsive and helpful!
Very clean and stylish apartment with a very comfortable bed. On the negative side, I stayed there from Friday to Sunday and it was quite noisy outside until very late. Bring earplugs! For the price I paid, I highly recommend it.

The space looks exactly like the pictures, it was clean and had all the listed amenities. It’s right in the centre and close to the train station. Just be aware there is a little noise at night. Would recommend.
The flat is just like in the pictures, high-quality and beautiful. The location was also ideal for us as all the hotspots were within walking distance. The host was always readily available and very friendly. We had a wonderful time in Cannes. We can only recommend it!
