Security Deposit
An €800 security deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit is registered as a card pre-authorisation at the time of confirmation and released in full within seven days following your departure, provided that the apartment is returned in its original condition and without damage.
The security deposit covers accidental damage and abnormal wear and tear to the property. Any damage identified will be deducted from the amount released.

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft war genauso wie beschrieben – modern, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Check-in verlief völlig unkompliziert und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war jederzeit freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit. Besonders gefallen haben uns die gemütliche Atmosphäre, die hochwertige Ausstattung und die tolle Lage. Man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Wert darauf gelegt wird, dass sich Gäste wohlfühlen. Alles war bestens organisiert und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen und können sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. The accommodation was very beautiful, fully equipped and matched the description. The house itself is stunning and exactly as described, I have no complaints regarding the property itself. The only issue is the neighbors, which was quite problematic. We were a group of girls who were not noisy, we did not play music. We came to Cannes mainly to visit the surroundings. However, the neighbors came to our door to ask us to laugh and speak more quietly, which felt quite excessive, considering that on vacation these are normal things and we were not disturbing anyone in an unreasonable way. They also left a note at the entrance stating that it is not a holiday home and that silence must be maintained, which was quite uncomfortable during a vacation stay. To be clear, we only returned to the apartment before going to bed in order not to disturb anyone. This is not necessarily an issue with the hosts, but it is something important to mention, as it can affect the overall holiday.
