Inside a charming historic residence, this 100m² flat enjoys a sense of calm rarely found so close to the centre. Large French windows frame open views of the residence’s palm and pine trees, with the sea appearing in the distance.
The living room forms the heart of the apartment: a bright and airy space with sea views and high ceilings that reflect the elegance of the building's original architecture. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster, making it easy to settle into the rhythm of a longer stay.
Two bedrooms welcome up to four guests. The main bedroom features a double bed and a sea view and opens onto the living room, with the possibility to close the space with a curtain. The second bedroom offers another double bed, air conditioning, and a small sea view.
Two bathrooms complete the layout: one with a bathtub and sink, the second adjoining the second bedroom with a shower and washbasin. A separate toilet is also available.
Located on the third floor with a lift, the apartment benefits from generous natural light and a peaceful atmosphere while remaining just a short walk from the train station, beaches, restaurants, and the Palais des Festivals.

We had a beautiful stay in the apartment! The house looks exactly like the pictures! It is very close to La Croisette, only 10 minutes walking! We really enjoyed our stay! The agency is fast to respond and very helpful. We forgot a phone in the house after checkout and they came and helped straight away.
Nice location with parking in a private and locked area. The apartment is large, spacious, and nicely decorated. It has nice views of palm trees, the city, and the sea. A peaceful, quiet, and safe place – would definitely recommend.
We had a fantastic stay at the accommodation in Cannes with my wife and our two children. The apartment is large, beautifully furnished, and the sea view is simply wonderful. A particularly positive point was also the spacious kitchen with the great fridge. However, a few things could still be improved: The kitchen equipment is very basic (only one pot and one pan), the shower water drains poorly – a problem that has apparently been mentioned in previous reviews as well. The accommodation is less suitable for families with children, as neighbours react sensitively even to very quiet behaviour. Apart from that, it remains a truly beautiful apartment with a great location and a fantastic view – ideal for couples or travellers without children.
