Inside a charming historic residence, this 100m² flat enjoys a sense of calm rarely found so close to the centre. Large French windows frame open views of the residence’s palm and pine trees, with the sea appearing in the distance.
The living room forms the heart of the apartment: a bright and airy space with sea views and high ceilings that reflect the elegance of the building's original architecture. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster, making it easy to settle into the rhythm of a longer stay.
Two bedrooms welcome up to four guests. The main bedroom features a double bed and a sea view and opens onto the living room, with the possibility to close the space with a curtain. The second bedroom offers another double bed, air conditioning, and a small sea view.
Two bathrooms complete the layout: one with a bathtub and sink, the second adjoining the second bedroom with a shower and washbasin. A separate toilet is also available.
Located on the third floor with a lift, the apartment benefits from generous natural light and a peaceful atmosphere while remaining just a short walk from the train station, beaches, restaurants, and the Palais des Festivals.

Nous avons passe un excellent séjour. Logement très grand et très propre. Très belle décoration. Je rajouterai juste qu'il faudrait mettre un rideau côté chambre car volet qui ferme à moitié ( beaucoup de lumières) et un film ou rideau dans la salle de bain car nous voyons à travers la fenêtre ( soucis d'intimité) Et d'autre part, il manque un peu d ustensiles (rajouter des casseroles, faire un changement de poêle) Sinon à part cela le logement est nickel. Belle vue sur la mer et appartement lumineux grâce aux grandes fenêtres. L'appartement est proche de la gare et du centre ville ( environ 7 min à pied). Très belle résidence, très calme. L'agence est tres réactif, nous avons eu un souci d'ampoule dans la cuisine et dans l'après midi nous avons eu le remplacement de cette ampoule. Merci à toute l'équipe.

I stayed here during the Cannes Film Festival and the location and accommodations were perfect. It was large with a huge couch and large living spread to spread out. The views were beautiful and the location was very safe. I would highly recommend it and definitely stay there again!
