Appartement très agréable et lumineux. La climatisation a été appréciée vu la canicule que nous avons eu. Le mobilier moderne. La literie de qualité. Par contre il faudrait enlever de l'annonce le parking inclu car accès et box bien trop petit! (D'ailleurs les propriétaires s'en servent comme caves) il a été très difficile de trouver des places pour se garer ! Et beaucoup de circulation car ce boulevard est un axe principal. Nous tournions minimum 1 h quand nous avions la chance qu'une voiture parte enfin pour prendre sa place! Et ce quelque soit l'heure.c'etait moralement très stressant... La terrasse n'était pas fidèle aux photos: le sol en béton et non pelouse, toutes les plantes mortes et les chaises extérieures vétustes voir cassées. Dommage car notre choix à été beaucoup influencé par la terrasse et le parking justement. Sinon les photos intérieures sont fidèles à la réalité de l'état de l'appartement qui nous a plu. Aussi le plaisir de voir le feu d'artifice de la terrasse

Велика чиста квартира з усіма зручностями, ідеальні ліжка та чисті санвузли👍 красиві дві великі тераси , на одній снідали, на іншій пили вино і любувались заходом сонця🌞 ліфт просто в квартиру. 😔 далеко від моря, для зручності купили проїзний на дні перебування

Хорошая квартира, соотвествует фотографии. Есть все необходимое, большая терраса, хорошо смотреть фейерверк.
Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit einem super Ausblick. Aufzug direkt in die Wohnung. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Etwa 25 Minuten vom Strand. Garage und Garageneinfahrt nur für sehr kleine Autos. Wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.
