Within a tourist residence offering leisure facilities and panoramic perspectives over the sea, this 40m² apartment provides a comfortable base between city life and coastal relaxation.
The living room is bright and opens onto the interior spaces of the apartment. It includes both a sofa bed and a foldaway bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate several guests.
Two bedrooms complete the layout. One room features bunk beds, while the second bedroom includes a double bed and opens onto a roof terrace with a sea view.
Two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, provide additional comfort for groups or families.
Guests also benefit from access to the residence’s leisure facilities, including an infinity pool with sea view open from April 1st to November 6th, a tennis court and a playground for children.
The apartment is located on the second floor of the residence and includes a parking space in the underground garage for a maximum height of 1.90 meters.
From here, the beaches of the Midi and the Palais des Festivals remain easily accessible within a few minutes by car.

The swimming pool is open from 9.00 am to 7.45 pm from 4 April to 1 November.
Villa Francia is a large residence consisting of numerous buildings and extensive landscaped areas. Depending on the location of your apartment, a walk through the grounds may be required between the parking area and your accommodation.

Fin lejlighed, skøn udsigt og dejlige omgivelser! Desværre fungerede wifi ikke, trods mange forsøg og dialog med udlejer. Udlejer kom med et alternativ efter to dage, som heller ikke fungerede, hvilket de burde have vidst. Det er et problem med tre teenagere samt to forældre der skulle arbejde.
It was a great spot!
Super responsive host. Apartment is basic but has everything you need. The views make it absolutely worth it. Doable without a car as you can walk down the hill to the bus stop, but in the heat of the day that's not a hill you want to climb!
