Great place to stay, about a 20-minute walk from the center. Terrace, AC, quite some space.. pretty good. The reality is that during the Lions you mainly just need somewhere to sleep, and you barely have any choice anyway, with prices being very high. So this place is in line with the average of what you can find at that time. However, for ~€400 per night, more attention to detail would be expected. The shower needs replacing (it’s not possible to properly adjust hot and cold water, and the overhead shower doesn’t work). The dishwasher was also full when I arrived. Nothing major, but worth mentioning.
The stay and the apartment was nice and just like in the photos. However, we have had a very bad experience with the agency. They are rude and not helpful. We moved from this Airbnb to another from the same agency and they gave us a filthy apartment and they are not willing to negotiate a change into another of their properties without wanting us to pay extra money. We paid a lot for the new one. They have left us in a very uncomfortable position. Sadly, this completely ruined our experience and credibility in them. They didn't even want to negotiate with Airbnb a solution. Please be careful when you do a booking with them. Some of their apartments are in a very bad condition and they are not what they show in the photos.
Ich habe einen ganzen Monat in der Wohnung verbracht und mich vom ersten Tag an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig, luftig und sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Ausstattung: Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. Vor allem die Küche ist hervorragend und bis ins Detail ausgestattet. Mir hat während des gesamten Monats nichts gefehlt. Auch die Lage ist perfekt: sehr zentral in Cannes und gleichzeitig angenehm ruhig. Alles lässt sich problemlos zu Fuß erreichen und auch der Bahnhof ist schnell erreichbar, sodass Ausflüge nach Nizza oder Monaco unkompliziert möglich sind. Ich habe während meines gesamten Aufenthalts kein Auto gebraucht. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war jederzeit schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Ich war rundum zufrieden und habe meinen nächsten Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung bereits gebucht. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!
